Pulse Canada is the national association representing growers, traders and processors of Canadian pulses (dry peas, beans, lentils and chickpeas).
The IBDC team leads the outreach effort in the US market to help develop the market for pea, lentil and fava bean flours in the commercial US food manufacturer industry.
The Canadian Consulate is organizing an Independent Food Retail Panel Session around the Canadian Flavours Food Festival Panel Session in November 2021. The client relies on IBDC to promote the event and help attract US buyers/key representatives from independent food retailers to the panel session and the “meet & greet’ style meetings with Canadian food exporters.
As part of our partnership with Sud de France (Economic development agency for the Occitanie region), we launched a series of webinars to share the latest US and Canada trends, challenges, and opportunities with the region’s exporters. We also organized individual coaching sessions with the participants.
